The Challenge Cup is limited to active duty Navy and Coast Guard uniformed personnel presently assigned to a Portsmouth- or Norfolk-based Navy or Coast Guard Command (including ships currently stationed here. You will need to present active duty identification (for example, a CAC card) when you check in on the morning of the Race.
